David in sales did a superb job obtaining the right vehicle for my disabled mother. He was unbiased and gave helpful advice going the extra mile to find a car which accommodated a wider than average wheelchair ( electric ), listening to customer's aims. It helps that he is the person who came with the car to demonstrate use and fit.

I’ve bought 3 vehicles from Dave at Jubilee over the past 9 years, All of which were superbly converted by the team.
The attention to detail is second to none when it comes to choosing the right vehicle for your needs and Dave is a true expert in this area, he knows the conversion details and specs inside and out.
On a final note, I recently had to get an engineers report for our latest vehicle when it arrived in Ireland, the engineer/tester asked me who had done the conversion, when I said Jubilee, he said “that’s great, I’ve tested numerous vehicles from Jubilee and have never found any issues with any of them”.

What a fabulous experience buying a car from Jubilee. Initially they helped us over the phone with which cars were available and appropriate for our needs and then brought it out for us to try with no obligation to purchase.
The website is very clear and you can compare all the different models before you decide. I have recently got back from visiting them in Wednesbury as they kindly fitted new wheelchair restraints as part of the deal.
Dave could see we struggled with the existing ones on my husbands power chair and agreed to replace them so it was perfect for us. I can't recommend this superb company highly enough.

This has been the best experience I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle.
The sales person, Darren Morgan, listened to my situation and then took me to a building with suitable vehicles, showed me which were the best for me and then left me to browse without pressure. The vehicle was then delivered to me later in the week.

We urgently needed a WAV, where the wheelchair could be up front next to the driver and that could accommodate other equipment we would need with us on our travels. We found Jubilee mobility on a google search and was impressed by the specialist nature of the firm and the volume of second hand vehicles available.
My son and I visited the garage on Saturday and our car was delivered the following Wednesday. Darren greeted us, offering coffee before listening to our requirements and shortlisting appropriate vehicles. He showed us three vehicles that suited our spec, answering all questions we could think of and then left us so we could explore them ourselves.
There was no pressure or hard sell throughout the whole process. Darren was there when needed for further questions and ultimately between us we picked our car. We were happy with the price, and got a discount without asking. They even added an extra anchor point we needed at no extra cost.
I would highly recommend this firm to anyone who needed a quality WAV at a reasonable price. -

Having owned a previous VW Caddy WAV for over 3 years, we knew what we wanted and Dave was able to offer me a variety of newer vehicles without any problems.
From the moment I walked in the showroom, I was treated in a very professional manner. All the staff were courteous and helpful and I soon arrived at a deal that I was happy with including a better specification vehicle and a great price for my old Caddy.

Outstanding Service
I have recently dealt with Jubilee to obtain a WAV vehicle and I am overwhelmed with the quality of standards of service delivery I received and importantly still receive.
I do not often write reviews and having held a senior position in the service industry for years can be quite cynical of some postings but when you experience the level of superior service I have received then it is only correct to comment.
The important factor that Jubilee embraces is that of a truly personal service tailored to the individual. This is enforced by a friendly and empathetic approach which is difficult when faced with quite demanding customer needs. From my own experience Mike, one of the senior mangers leads by example and all the staff demonstrate an absolute commitment to customer satisfaction.
Furthermore, nothing is too much trouble and the staff spends time to evaluate what you exactly require and how this can be delivered. The companies’ honest approach ensures expectations are not exaggerated and can be met and delivered promptly.
There may be less positive reviews of this company but having years in the profession I can assure anyone thinking of using Jubilee that you will have to look long and hard to deal with a company which has a better work ethic and positive approach to customer care.
