In line with the latest government guidelines, we have instigated a whole raft of new safety measures and procedures that will allow us to continue to safely demonstrate and supply our high quality wheelchair accessible vehicles throughout the UK.
We are able to advise that our showrooms will remain open for those wishing to visit us to acquire either a new or a used wheelchair accessible vehicle , no prior appointments are required, you are welcome any time.
Home demonstrations, click & collect and nationwide vehicle deliveries are also continuing, again with appropriate safety precautions in place.
If you would like to visit us it would still be better if you were able to contact us first to make an appointment; this will allow us to ensure that vehicles that you are interested in are fully re-sanitised and easily accessible to reduce unnecessary interactions or delays. It will also give us the opportunity to discuss our safety requirements and procedures.
You will notice on arrival that things are a very different from normal with lots of new rules and resources in place to protect visitors and staff members alike.
Visitors may still be required to wear a face masks and maintain social distancing procedures.
All our sales advisers are now fully vaccinated.
For those requesting home demonstrations or deliveries we would assure you that strict new vehicle sanitising regimes and customer safe-interaction protocols have been instigated, as you would expect.
Before any vehicle is demonstrated or delivered it will be professionally valeted and fully sanitised prior to leaving, using the highest strength industrial quality anti-viral surface sprays and compounds; appropriate one-use covers will be placed on the front seats, steering wheel and gear selector.
All of our mobility sales advisers have been issued with additional personal mobile safety packs with appropriate PPE items so that they again can sanitise the vehicle prior to viewing or hand-over, face masks and gloves will also be provided for our customers if required.
All of our sales advisors and demonstrators have now been vaccinated, we are currently formulating our new demonstration and customer handover protocols so please feel free to contact us for further guidance.
